We understand that sometimes, a return may be necessary. That's why we have a comprehensive refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
Our 10-day return policy allows you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken on the basis of package opening footage & will be returning the same product we have received. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss & no action will be made if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.
The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pickup the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
Reverse Pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
To return your product, you can directly do it through our return center.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Self-Ship
If your Pincode is not in the serviceable area i.e. if our delivery agents are not able to come for pick-up, the customer has to self-ship the product. The shipping charge will be refunded only if the customer provides the Docket Slip.

To initiate a return, please contact us at www.swaez@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will process your refund promptly. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
